Jim Zufall has over thirty years of insurance and human resources experience including time as a field representative with a state regulatory agency, insurance sales in an independent agency, director of human resources/risk management with a national manufacturer & a regional wireless phone retailer, and as a human resources & insurance/risk management consultant. Jim's consulting experience includes working with automobile dealers, banks, country clubs, courier services, food distributors, manufacturers (national and international), medical practices, retail store operations (multi-state/location), motor sports sanctioning body, tracks & teams, and not for profit organizations. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Associates of Science in Accounting fromTampa College and the following professional certifications:           CPCU (Chartered Property/Casualty Underwriter)           ARM   (Associate in Risk Management)           PHR    (Professional in Human Resources) Jim is currently a board member of the Suncoast Human Resource Management Association (Served as 2005 President), the St. Petersburg, Fl affiliate chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
